There are two ways to plan for a night out or non-cooking night in your meal plan.
- For a recurring night out/no-cook night, you may want to adjust your Settings so the meal never shows up in your meal plan. To do this, go to Settings. Then scroll to Servings at the bottom of the page. Adjust the servings for that meal to 0. That meal will no longer be included in your weekly meal plan or shopping list.
- For a single night out or no-cook night, simply delete the meal. Place your mouse over the meal you would like to delete. Click on the three dots and choose Delete meal.
Note: If you still want to track that meal, just use Add Item and manually enter the meal and calories if desired.
